Does my Hyundai i30 really need its coolant and pollen filter changing at three years old?
I have a three and a half-year-old Hyundai i30 diesel with 60,000 on the clock. The franchised dealer who services the car is telling me that the coolant and pollen filter both need replacing at a cost of £55 and £35 respectively. Do you consider this work and expense necessary and reasonable?
Coolant maybe, but probably a bit early. Pollen filter definitely after 3.5 years. I'm surprised air is still getting into the car.
