Should I keep my reliable Toyota Yaris?

I have owned a 2004 Toyota Yaris T-Spirit D-4D 5-door hatchback with 1.3-litre diesel engine since I bought it new. It's done 77,000 miles and gives about 65mpg. I think it has a chain cam (am I right?) and in all that time I have had to replace the tyres, one bulb and the rear windscreen wiper motor. Its been a brilliant reliable little car. I'm tempted to keep it till it dies. If I were to keep it what problems are likely to arise?
Yes they're chain cam. They're almost impossible to buy used because owners hang on to them, as you should. But keep the oil clean and change it more often as the engine gets older.
