Why are there so many cars on the road with faulty lights?
This winter I've noticed more and more cars with faulty lights. Obviously they have not been MOT tested recently, so is it reasonable to assume that they are not taxed or insured either? To me the scariest situation on the roads is to be approached by a single light that is not a motorbike but turns into a car.
Drivers often aren't aware, particularly of brake light failures. Everyone needs to test their lights with the aid of an assistant, to check which ones work and which don't.
