Removing and greasing wheel hubs

Would you consider removing the wheels and greasing the hubs to be part of a routine service? I had a problem with changing a flat tyre because I could not remove the wheel. The Green Flag emergency service needed a big hammer to get the wheel off and he commented that if I had the car serviced more regularly this would not happen. At my next service I asked the BMW agency to make sure they did this and was subsequently charged £50 for removing and replacing four wheels.
No. That's something you have to do yourself, or pay the dealer to do. Smear the hubs with Copperease grease.
