I thought I would mention a garage in Dalkeith, just outside Edinburgh. Mulsanne Motors Ltd (www.mulsannemotors.com), as the name implies, are Bentley and Rolls Royce specialists, but they also service a limited range of Jaguars, including my 10-year-old XK8. They recently carried out its annual service and MOT and dealt with a number of minor matters, replacing brake pads, top ball joint, shock bushes, etc. The work was professionally and efficiently undertaken at a very fair price and I was provided with an X-Type Jaguar as a courtesy car. Ross MacLeod kept in touch and advised whether work was absolutely necessary or not. Highly recommended.
