Is a cambelt change needed?
We run a dualogic 1.2 Panda for my mother. It was new in December 2006 and has done only 5300 miles. The dealer is saying the cam belt needs changing before five years of age. Is this correct?
It's standard procedure with this engine, even though there is some doubt about how much damage would occur of the belt snapped. I'd have it done. I will have to on mine in 18 months time.
