I bought the car a 2010 1.4 Vauxhall Meriva Exlusiv petrol model a week ago with 11,300 indicated miles. Car supermarket serviced car and I have certificate. After approximately 200 miles of driving a code 82 came up on dashboard. Owners manual says change engine oil soon. Checked dipstick and the oil is full and is still clear. Is this one of those gimmicks in which you have to take it to a main dealer to reset the codes? According to car manual, servicing intervals are every 20,000 miles.
