Expensive servicing costs in West London

I really think its time that BMW took a good look at its West London dealers. A recent quote for an oil service, new front and back brake pads, coolant flush and brake fluid change came to the princely sum of £1029.00 at Berry Chiswick BMW for my 2005 330ci. The local indipendant chargeing £435.60. perhaps the new age of austerity has not yet hit at bmw?

No. It's London rents, council taxes and all the other outrageous costs of running a motor trade establishment in London. If you live outside London best to get the car serviced where you live rather than in London.
