I went in there for a lock problem and ended up with a bust window which they tried blaming me for and didn't even touch the window I would not recommend this garage as I had to go through them to head vw customer service to resolve the problem which they did in the end bad experience that's why I choose now to go to vw hull and john Roberts in Llay for my service and work
