Since my last MOT, my car has driven a total of 18 miles (yes you read that right, only eighteen miles) which included the mileage clocked by the driver who picked up my car to take it to the garage for an MOT. My car, apparently, failed its MOT due to Headlamp aim too low. Additionally, there were a few advisories - front tyres worn, both suspension arm bushes worn, anti-roll bar bush worn. So, all the above happened within the total of 18 miles it has been driven since the last MOT. Who do they think I am? The garage is obviously trying to pull a fast one in order to line their pockets. It's impossible that all those issues arose when the car has not really been driven in a year. Woodley Auto Centre are having a joke! Also, they charged me £60 to adjust a couple of headlamps!! Total Scammers. Avoid these guys like the plague. If using an agent like I did (Fixter), you have no choice in what garage they select for you. Now, that's a problem! Fixter, were of no help. It's the last time I use them and I suggest you don't use them either. Previous MOT: mielage 40,827 Current MOT: mielage 40,845 Oh, and I forgot to mention, the car was picked up at 9am and returned midday the following day. Really? 27 hours for an MOT!!

I worked in this garage for two days I seen some things in my time but this place is unbelievable I would recommend you avoid this garage if you like your car

It has come to light that the repair done by this garage on our front braking pads put our lives at risk. When the brakes failed totally in March we called at another garage that found twisting in pipes (by previous brake pads replacement) caused a leak in the braking system. They make customers pay for their lack of correct diagnosys so your bill keeps running up and up until they eventually get it right. Avoid this garage at all cost.

quite honestly being self employed will never go here again shambles of a garage , need a goverment inspector to investigate communications very poor

Car went in for MOT, it failed, Authorised work to be done Collected car with new MOT, first journey there is a problem with the brake pedal going soft after they replaced the rear brake pads Went to a second garage for a second opinion and the car was condemned as dangerous to drive and was pouring out brake fluid Many excuses and desperate to get out of the situation when I phoned them and told them I will be reporting them. AVOID this garage unless you want to be messed around, have at least one or two repeat visit for the same thing. If you like a garage not doing what they promise, then fine, if you want to be treated well then AVOD at all costs. Personally I have been messed around 3 times the car is still not fixed, despite rebooking and waiting all day, with the standard excuse when I turned up to collect (don't bother calling they promise to call back but that never happens) it is on the ramp, when it was parked outside exactly where it was left in the morning,

My father's car was in for MOT and needed work to pass. Upon collection, the work had not been properly completed as the car was making a clonking noise as soon as it was driven away. Examination of the MOT paperwork and invoice showed that certain parts had been replaced unnecessarily. Garage owner subsequently agreed to partial refund, then instead of putting money back onto the payment card they actually took money from us again. Also, I noticed that there was no list registered MOT testers displayed in the office. This garage is under new ownership but can't see it lasting long if this is the kind of service that they offer their customers.

They don’t have a clue what they are doing. I ended up taking my car to a BMW garage that charged me 50% less for the same parts!

I have used the garage for few years to service/ MOT my car. The work was always done to highest standard. They give you estimate cost and always confirm with you if additional job needs to be done. They have never charged me for thing they haven't done or unnecessary job.
