When your car goes in for a standard head gasket and you are provided with a courtesy car from the AA for the estimated 3 days, you would expect your vehicle to be ready on time and on schedule. These guys had my car for two weeks, promised me a courtesy car once the AA had taken their car back. They did none of this....i have had to find my own transport to get to my place of work. They were very rude and not at all helpful. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD ADVICE YOU NOT TO EITHER......!!!!!

These guys have a very low level of expertise, or they are just plain lazy. I have had to take my car to another garage as they could not diagnose a simple fault found by the 2nd garage. Plus they charged me for the time spent (if they spent any time at all) on not being able to find anything wrong...

I have been using this garage for over 15 years to service maintain and repair 5 different Ford cars from Ka's, Escort, Fiesta, Focus And Mondeo as they were originally part of TFL group Ford main dealers in Putney. They are now part of Citroen /Renault main dealer network but have retained an experienced workforce for all makes with John my main contact at reception over the entire period. He has retained an excellant & knowledgeable approach and I almost enjoy my visits there. Over that period they have dealt with all sorts of electrical mechanical and suspension problems arising from my families car portfolio with regular servicing & MOT Testing. Most recently the seat release on the Focus failed as 5 years old and as the cable broke within 24 hours of fitting John had no problem in securing free warranty cover for replacent despite the car being out of action for 2 days. I am sure they provide exemplary service to all their customers and is very conveniently placed just 10 mins walk from Earlsfield station in Weir Road.
