Whitehill Service is the best garage I have used in 50 years of motoring.

I had an unusual breakdown early on Saturday and the team at White Hill were excellent and they saved my bacon. My weekend could have been horrendous but White Hill were very accommodating and made things a lot less painful. Thank you

Second visit and was very happy with the standard of work especially as they cured my irritating suspension clunk which my previous garage failed to rectify after two visit and making my wallet £150 lighter. Do not expect main dealer fuss and flannel but at the same time expect a fair price and a nice personal touch of meeting the mechanic[s] and discussing your problems and issues.

We have used Whitehill Garage for 10+ years. The customer service is superb whether you are dealing with Nick and Mark directly or service engineers - all are extremely helpful and very knowledgable. The mechanics at White Hill garage turned what could have been a disastrous day into a very straightforward one. They had me up and running in no time and everyone there was incredibly courteous. I have now used this garage for the past 3 years. They are always helpful and efficient, contact you to discuss any work that may be required, and only complete work that is really necessary. Recently, after a disagreement with white van man, I needed a replacement wing mirror. At no notice, I was asked to bring the car in, and on arrival, Mark almost ran out to investigate, and see which scratches could be cured with a T Cut. Again, only the glass itself needed replacement, so costs were kept to a minimum. This week, the car had developed a small oil leak. This was traced to the oil filter, which was replaced at no cost, as it had only been fitted at the previous service. They are always happy to give advice on any car related issue, and give an overall feeling of efficiency and professionalism. All customers appear to be on first name terms with the team here, which is a recommendation in itself of long-term satisfied customers.
