Brilliant customer service. Fantastic waiting room facility with free tea, coffee, WI-FI and TV. There is viewing window and the MOT itself was thorough and made me feel safer knowing the car had been checked meticulously. I must compliment the signage and information displayed in the waiting room too. It was very educational and informative of the processes.

I've been taking my cars to Neal's garages for a number of years, Mastertech & We Only do MOTS, and always been pleased with the service received, this occasion required an MOT for my ageing Volvo tip car. Paul the MOT tester was friendly and knowledgeable, and I took a stroll round the industrial estate and had a coffee, and the work was complete - car passed also, with no advisories!

Found this MOT Test Centre having recently had a bad experience with a local garage. Their USP is that they do exactly what they say on the tin in that they only do MOTs so no incentive to fail vehicles. Easy online booking system, clean tidy facilities with a lovely waiting room with free Wi-Fi and tea/coffee. Gary did my MOT - he was very professional and knowledgeable, giving me good advice on my second car which recently failed with another garage who quoted me a fortune for repairs. MOT done in 40 mins, failed on a bulb which was replaced for FREE. Sensible advisories rather than a long list of faults i'm used to from my previous garage. So impressed I have booked my second car in next week. Also, as a woman I didn't feel patronized as is very often the case. MOT for £39.00 so about 30% cheaper than usual, all good, happy days!!!
