Waterhouse Braintree

I have today, picked up my wife's SLK Kompressor 230. It was in to Waterhouse for it's first MOT and Service since my wife bought in in late 2025. It's 26 years old and is lovely. Carl and Lee were a pleasure to deal with. They took time to understand our concerns and made us confident for a good outcome. The car was given a thorough inspection and Carl sent us a short video of the inspection as it took place. Impressive. Despite some age related issues the car was serviced and declared fit. We were kept informed of progress and when the final invoice was presented I have to say that it was excellent value. Outstanding and we will be using Waterhouse Braintree for the coming years of my wife's SLK ownership.

Took my SL500 (R230) in for service and MOT and was greeted by Carl and Lee who immediately made me feel like a valued customer (even though I'd only been there once before). Car had it's annual A service and MOT (passed with flying colours) - very reasonably priced especially compared to Mercedes main dealers. The garage is a specialist service center for Mercedes Benz . They ensure service is carried out according to MB standards but do not charge the very high labour charges of a Mercedes Benz showroom service.

Replaced power steering pump and gearbox oil cooler quickly and efficiently on my C220 Mercedes-Benz coupé. New parts were ordered and fitted next day and the problem resolved without drama. My experience of this garage over many years has been entirely positive.
