Took my SL500 (R230) in for service and MOT and was greeted by Carl and Lee who immediately made me feel like a valued customer (even though I'd only been there once before). Car had it's annual A service and MOT (passed with flying colours) - very reasonably priced especially compared to Mercedes main dealers. Would 100% highly recommend Waterhouse Braintree to anyone with a Mercedes in the Braintree/Chelmsford area. Pleasure to do business with you - keep up the good work guys!

The garage is a specialist service center for Mercedes Benz . They ensure service is carried out according to MB standards but do not charge the very high labour charges of a Mercedes Benz showroom service.
