took my car in for its annual service and mot , was quoted £150 . £30 for mot £ 30 for service , Plus £90 for parts . they rang me up and told me it needed two new tyres on the front , which surprised me because they had plenty of tread left on them , needed tracking and new brake shoes on the rear . the brake shoes i knew about they were wearing thin .. when i went to pick my car up the total bill was £ 386 . i was not happy i asked to see the old tyres and how they had worn but he said they had binned them . i asked him about 3 times but got no joy . I also asked him to check the adjustment on my electric side mirrors , this was not done , Also charged me £25 for tracking which i thought was covered by the service . the only good thing was he knocked £16 off the bill for cash . but i did not like his attitude he was evasive . will not be using this garage again

I have used the Garage for in excess of 30 years, I wouild not dream of taking any of my vehicles anywhere else, quality of maintenance, friedliness and value for money second to none. Prior to using W&H, I used dealerships exclusively and whilst dealerships deliver a comparable level of maintenance there is no comparison on price. Don't all rush at once, I dont want them to feal that they can put their prices up !

My neighbour recommended this garage and they have not disappointed me. Recently they did an MOT and service on my VW Passat, but a few weeks later I noticed the fuel filter was not clean. They immediately admitted it MAY be their fault and fitted a new filter FOC and apologised. Excellent service, highly recommendable.
