Lovers leap

Was due to travel home from holiday when I found I had a damaged tyre. Lovers Leap were able to source 2 new tyres (I elected to swap as an axle pair, no pushing from the garage) within a couple of hours, at a good price. Would definitely recommend.

The staff at Lovers Leap Garage were extremely helpful. We were stuck with an issue that they were able to help us with. They kept us up to date and our vehicle was ready to collect the next day.

Why anyone would wish a car that they cherish would want it to go anywhere else than Lovers Leap is beyond me. From the moment you see how clean the environment is and meeting the owner with exacting standards simply instils confidence in that my cherished car would be not only looked after, but would emerge with all servicing and other communicated faults truly rectified.

The difference between "Lovers Leap" and a main dealer is telling. After a service or repair, one can speak directly to the mechanic (or the partners) who undertook the work, question what was done, ask advice about the car and leave contented that all is well. On my last visit, I took a car bought second-hand from a main dealer (allegedly fully serviced and warranted) for a check over. When I collected the car it was presented with a full report that confirmed my suspicion that what the main dealer had done was - shall we say - at best "perfunctory". Even a missing valve cap was replaced.

Local family run garage, well furnisehd with all diagnostic and other equipment, personal service - regular local customers extremely well looked after. Meticulous attention to detail and free source of help and advice.
