I have been a car owner for over 40 years and have never experienced this type of disgraceful service before. The Renault Clio I have is a year old and has just been declared unfit for purpose and potentially dangerous due to a gear box fault from new. Vospers have continually denied the fault despite 2 independent reports stating the contrary. My insurance has been cancelled as a result of the potential danger so I am now without an income or car.
