Moorland Road Garage

Beware, garage has changed hands and the service/customer care is most definitely not the same! I recently booked my car in for a service and MOT. Pleased to be told my car passed mot and service so paid over the phone. This was a mistake because I collected the car only to find the engine light on and dash temperature gauge wrong. I rang the garage the next day to advise of fault and told Corin Denton, new proprietor, I couldn’t drop car back until after a holiday. He said no problem, just drop it in when you can. Returned car after holiday and Corin said I can’t remember you ringing, I’ve slept since then! He did check the car but denied the faults were anything to do with them and wouldn’t put it right. Only gave a number to ring who might help. Guess it’s left up to me to get work done at my cost and inconvenience. I’ve used this garage for years and was always very happy with the service but certainly won’t be using them again - dire service!
