I ordered a lease car through an online Leasing Company. This was supplied by Vantage Toyota Leeds. Delivered without a pre delivery check, with half a tree under the bonnet and a missing towing eye. After several emails and conversations with the leasing company, no towing eye has arrived! Even the leasing company has become frustrated at the lack of response in resolving a simple problem. I.e. post the towing eye. God forbid that anyone gets a serious problem with a new car. I know who will miss out on the three services an mot test required before my lease ends. Does not bode well for companies with very poor customer service?

My car fell in the gap before the MOT could be extended by 6 months and I was unable to get it in before the day before the MOT expired. They rang to say they were closing but I could still come down. They met me on arrival outside the showroom and took my spare set of keys. I was able to maintain social distancing. I unloaded my bike and went for a 90 minute ride as suggested. When I returned the car was back in the parking space, washed and pristine. I waited a short time and the keys and paperwork left for me. Excellent service.
