Overall I have been using this garage for a few years now, the owners make you feel like part of the family, they even return my vehicle to my place of work after they have carried out the jobs needing doing on the car, Great service.

The staff at Aldersons are very friendly, informative and professional. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family. They collected my vehicle from my place of work and delivered it back to me once the work was complete. The service was quick and everything went smoothly :) thank you Aldersons.

Found that this garage lived up ti all tbe excellent reviews. From the initial booking to the return of our serviced, repaired, cleaned and MOTed vehicle we were impressed by every aspect of their car and customer care.

I took my car in for an MOT this week, I arrived at 8am and by 8:30am I was done and on my way to work! The service at AldersonAutos is unbelievable! I needed to fix/replace my catalyst converter, so I went to this place. A guy said he recommends me to go to a company in Leeds which creates cat converters, so it’d Be cheaper for me. He said if I wanted them to do it then I’d be ripped off and they didn’t want to do that to me. Great people who make customers feel they are valued.

I have used these guys for years. The advice and service they give is both honest and cost effective. I have suggested Alderson Motors to my own family , friends and to people I work with and they have never let me down. I only ever get positive comments back which is really great.

What an amazing garage this is, they are committed to an extremely high level of customer service, they are extremely attentive and obviously passionate about the service they provide! Just had my car in for a major service, a couple of tires and to have the timing belt etc replaced. they gave me the use of a courtesy car while my car was in their hands! now the the thing that surprised me was that when they do a major service these guys do not cut corners! the service included draining the engine oil, the coolant and the hydraulic fluids, replacing all the said fluids with new and replacing the relevant filter i.e fuel filter, oil filter etc.. now in all my years of driving i have never had this done in a service! some garages might check and top up the fluids, but they have never been drained and replenished before!! All the work was done and completed in a couple of days and the bill for all the work came in at a very pleasantly surprising £691 including VAT, so that was a major service, two tires, oil,hydraulic fluid and coolant drained and replaced!all the relevant filters replaced (oil,fuel,air etc) a timing belt kit, a pressure release valve on the clutch replaced, tracking checked and adjusted and they replaced the front and rear wiper blades, all the labour and charges including VAT They even washed my car for me!! fantastic service from an astounding team! i can't recommend this garage highly enough, i will definitely be using this garage for my car from now on! its the best garage i have used and i have confident and trust in them 100%, don't go anywhere else, these guys are simply the best...

They were fantastic. Dont usually trust people at garages but these were spot on straight away. Was given a free courtesy car which shocked me. they found the problems straight away. Was given as long as I wanted to decide what to do. Reasonable costs. Will definitely use the next time I need one.

Andy Anderson is an expert mechanic who runs a great pair of garages - central Leeds and at Lockwood Way. Discounts given for NHS staff and RAC members. Fast friendly and excellent service. Courtesy cars are free but they will also take you short distances to work and collect you at the end of the day too. My car was returned to me after an accident with a "turbo failure" which was "confirmed" by the local main dealer. I sought a second opinion from Alderson Autos. I went for a test-drive with Andy Alderson. Within a minute he diagnosed a probable mis-connection of the turbo control valve. He then took the car, tested it, confirmed the fault, fixed it and returned the car for under £25. He also provided a report confirming what he had found. I have also had a repair done to my wife's car by this garage. The service was friendly and efficient and very well priced. I would highly recommend this garage.

Had a fuel leak on my car. RAC did a temporary repair then recommended this garage. I booked the car in. I didn't know all the details of what I needed so they contacted the RAC to confirm what was needed. The work was completed quickly and I was charged an honest price. They offer a free courtesy car or lifts to/from work when you leave your car. For servicing, they will wash and vacuum your car. MOT's are only £30. The garage is helpful and I felt that the staff went out of their way to assist me. I would definitely use them again and definitely recommend them.
