I had arrived after purchasing a vehicle online to find more damage than advertised like car needs a new front light front brake disks badly worn as a so called garage owner this would of been spotted by them didn’t even get any further as the owner demanded cash even though was told bank transfer was fine on the phone keeping it off the books I suppose i didn’t purchase the car I highly recommended if your a female do not go to this garage by yourself very rude man intimidating is all I can say

The team identified and rectified the fault on an old Saab 93 Sportwagon after it had gone into limp-mode whilst we were on holiday in the areas. They accommodated me the next day promising if possible to get me back on the road as soon as possible. They were polite, courteous, friendly, warm and welcoming. Couldn't have asked for a better service from the team.

left our motorhome for its first mot at 8.30. I called on my way home at 9.30 to see when it would be ready and found it had just been finished.

Good service and excelant turnaround with service done under 2 hours, staff very helpfull and even gave me a lift into town and picked me up when the car was compleated, although they are Renault Dealers I felt I was charge local prices.

Had a fault on car and taken it to a few local garages but they charged for looking at car and fitting parts not required. Was told to try Universal Garage, they fixed car same day and at a very good price considering I had already spent over £150 trying other garages.

Booked car in for Service and M O T, given a estimate for job, taken to work when car left at garage and they rang me when finished and picked me up from work. First class service!
