I called John when my car broke down in the heat on a busy road yesterday. He was so lovely and really helped me out! Didn’t have to wait long at all for him to come pick me and my car up. He did everything and really put my mind at ease after the stress of breaking down. Thanks so much John and I hope you enjoyed your ice cream! ?? Highly recommend 10/10 service.

I had a cooling issue the day before travelling the 300 miles home, although I hadn't actually broken down, green flag sent John from fylingdales who arrived quickly, did several roadside checks and road tested the car, and advised me that everything appeared to be OK, but if I needed any further assistance I could call him, and he also alerted green flag to the possibility I may require further assistance but that he was unable to find any fault with the car. His diagnosis was correct as I got home without further problems. John was very professional, courteous and chatty, explaining every step he was taking in the diagnosis process, taking his time and giving me the reassurance I needed before driving home. Thank you John, and Green flag.

I would like to recommend Flying Dales Service Station near Whitby who are excellent!! During a recent family holiday they helped my family & I when our vehicle brokedown. Our vehicle was taken to the garage 7-8pm and was fully repaired, new replacement part by 5pm the following day and at a very reasonable price.
