We have used TW White for the last six years but they really showed their value around three years ago when we had a number of issues with the car just outside the warranty period. They were in constant contact with Mazda and made sure that they had a proper diagnosis rather than simply changing parts and hoping that the problems were resolved. Great knowledge and very attentive to detail. We admire their inquisitive minds and even the AA were impressed by their attitude and approach to problem solving. Since then, luckily, it has been routine maintenance and servicing.
