With the Ford service plan its win win all the way. I got video and talk through of a brake issue by 8.30am, an email reply link, by 2pm the cars finished with free mot, and a full valet. Staff are lovely, especially Carli, and the car drives like silk after the updates. Doesn't get any better. Pads £130 all in. Very happy defo recommended.
