I cannot recomend them enough .

Needed an oil change so I decided to use this garace for my Mondeo. Even if I bought 6L of premium Mobil 1 oil and told the mechanic that the book only says it needs 5.5L, when I went to pick the car he told me he put 7L and charged me for the extra 1L. The next day my car started to smoke badly and had to call AA. They took out 1.3L of oil and was told the piston rings may need replacing... Now I'm trying to get my money back (£180) for the oil change and get the to pay for the damage. So I would suggest using a different garace where they know what to do.

Brilliant garage! They got me in at short notice to diagnose the fault I had. Did their best to get me a good price on the part needed and then quickly got me booked in for repair so that I'd have my car sorted for my family holiday that weekend. Plus let me borrow a car and also managed to squeeze in an MOT for me too:-) Thanks guys, I can't recommend you enough. I'll be back for my service soon.

I booked my Focus in for a cambelt change only to be told that the fitted belt was not a Ford one, was on the wrong way round and that one of the pulley bolts had sheared and had to be drilled out. All very curious because I had the car from new and it had not been serviced by anyone other than myself. It was only having a garage do the cambelt change because I was short of time. Despite the extra work the bill remained exactly as quoted. I was given the old belt, pullies and bolt and have no doubt he was telling me the truth.
