Excellent service. The proprietor does a lot of the work himself, knows what he is on about, and uses only genuine Mercedes parts. Coupled with lower hourly rates than the local franchised Mercedes dealers - what not to like? He also does BMWs, but as I don't have one of those, I can't speak for how good the garage is on BMWs. However he is a Mercedes specialist of high calibre. I have now been using him for several years without a problem. Additionally, the garage is at Gillingham in Dorset which is on the Waterloo / Exeter train line, which is useful if you live elsewhere but you like to hand-over and collect your car in person.
