Very helpful and accommodating staff. They go the extras mile, even though we aren't local so unlikely to use them again. Fitted us in even tho they were fully booked, offered us tea and coffee, gave us a lift into town, kept us informed of progress with our car, and picked us up from town the next day. Would fully recommend them.

I travel from Kirkcaldy in Fife to Telford Skoda Carlisle simply because I know I can trust them to do the work on my Skoda Fabia vrs to a high standard. They give me value for money and the knowledge the money I have paid them is money well spent.

Have been a customer of this garage since 2004 and even though I now live in Fife scotland still rely on them to give me great service at fair prices. Don't know of any other Skoda garage that even comes near their standards of customer care. Jack Pilkington
