A simple service lead to a massive bill including some items I'm sure were not required. When asked if I wanted to an addition inspection to look for other items that needed attention I said no, clearly NO. Later that day they called to say they did an additional inspection and they found an oil leak in the gear box. They said it was serious and needed work. I regret it now but I said to go ahead and fix it. This cost me around £400 extra, there was no evidence that the work needed doing, on top of this they charged for the additional inspection which I said I did not want. A few days later when I returned home I found a clamp weighing around one kilo on the driveway - it had fallen of the car. When I took it to show them they said they'd put it back on - no word of apology.
