St Enoch's Garage Ltd

My car developed a gear box fault back in December. I took it to St Enoch's Garage St Enoch's Road Wibsey, Bradford West Yorkshire BD6 3BU for repair. It was diagnosed and told needed a replacement solenoid valve for the gearbox at a cost of £670 car was repaired after two days did same fault. I went back with the car 3 times same fault. Third time they sent car to a 3rd party still same fault. When back a further five times. On eighth time requested a refund by letter twice and was refused. Tried to contact Good garage scheme and was told because car was given to a 3rd party for repair they could do nothing. Since tried on two attempts to claim money back through small claims with no success and with an independent inspection report from Renault Bradford saying the fault was still there on the solenoid. Been trying to get my money back from this company for 12 months People need warning of this garages practice to side step good garage scheme by using the 3rd party loop hole. Their disgusting customer service bad workmanship and refusal to give customer refunds. DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE
