Snow’s Toyota, Plymouth

Good waiting area for customers. Still got a coffee even though the drinks machine was out of service. Kept informed on the progress of the work and given the option as to whether I wanted them to correct any low cost work such as bulbs or wipers. All my questions answered.

Although a main, franchised dealer I consider Toyota’s service costs to be very reasonable. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and not ‘pushy.’ Specifically I asked them to look at the car’s brake pads during my last visit and, although the car has travelled over 53,000 miles without the pads being changed, I was told that they were still perfectly serviceable. I feel that many other garages would have taken this particular opportunity to ‘make a sale.’ The car is always handed back in a clean condition and a video of the work undertaken is sent by the service engineer. The customer lounge is a nice place to be. I enjoy being there for a couple of hours relaxing, reading the paper, watching TV and drinking bottomless coffee!
