Shenley Road Garage

I needed my DPF changed I paid near £1k to this garage as I trusted them having used them for 20+ years, the car blew black grey smoke thereafter and the car was constantly full of fumes, I have 4 young children using the car with me, I took it back and despite the fault diagnoses saying it was the DPF they expected me to go and get the the oil checked rather than owning the problem, I took it to a different garage, they identified that the DPF had not been attached properly hence the fumes, leaving me out of pocket. I did not go back, I believed they had washed their hands of the problem, as they did not even check their work.
