Scotthall have maintained my car now for the past 12 years, always with a friendly smile, and are totally professional in their dealings with me. They are accommodating to my requests and quick to obtain any parts required. Should there be a delay a brand new loan car is always available and no charge is made if an extra day is required. The service is excellent above and beyond the call of duty, for example when my key battery failed not only was it replaced but a service team member came out to my car and reprogrammed it - in the car, now that is great service. Also as my car is some years old now I have my service charges discounted which is a great help to a retired person. Highly recommended as Scotthall has to be one of the best if not The best of the Main Dealers around here, and I have been to a few in the past. Free coffee and biscuits are available whilst you read your choice of their newspapers and magazines. They have often phoned to check that everything is satisfactory, and it always is. A fine establishment and a credit to BMW. Having owned BMWs since 1970 I can say Scotthall is the best in that time.
