Rybrook Volvo, Chester

I would like to commend Rybrook Volvo in Chester for the excellent service I received when my reversing sensors started sounding continuously when engaging reverse, whenever it rained. This started after I had washed the car with a pressure washer. They collected the car, checked the system out, said they had found no fault, and returned the car washed and valeted, and made no charge. The reversing sensors are now working normally. We have owned the car for 6½ years from new, having bought it from them, and had it serviced once a year there, with no work other than services and brake shoes/disks. I felt this was really good customer service.
