RRG Kia Bury

You 20 hours ago I own a 4yr old Kia Sorento.(owned since new) A few weeks ago I took the car in for a service and MOT at RRG Kia in Bury, Lancashire. When I booked the car in I mentioned that the Sat Nav was faulty ( it didn't know where it was !) and that all 4 alloy wheels were showing very slight signs of 'blistering' and some paint on the roof bars was also starting to flake off. The car service was 1st class and they sent me a video of the inspection whilst my car was there. 2 tyres were nearly worn so I had new one fitted and had the wheels aligned. The outstanding service I received included 1. The Sat Nav being fixed under warranty ( defective antenna) 2. All 4 alloy wheels replaced under warranty. 3. Roof bars replaced under warranty. Whilst some manufacturers may have tried to say that the items were faulty due to wear and tear I was hugely impressed that all items were replaced under warranty with no quibbles. The Kia warranty seems to provide bumper to bumper cover and my personal experience has really endeared me to the brand and I will be purchasing Kia again. Great service by RRG at Bury and fabulous warranty response from Kia UK.
