Robe and Hitchens, Coulsdon Surrey

I have been going to this garage for a couple of years however my most recent MOT was a bad experience. I was completely ripped off and was spoken to rudely throughout the ordeal. I had work carried out and added to the bill that I wasn't made aware of and when I challenged them I was told I would have to pay it anyway. I did as I needed my car back however they have lost my custom now.

I've used Robe and Hitchens for over 12 years. When I first visited I pre warned them of a long list of vehicle faults which I'd been alerted to by a main dealer and asked them to rectify these faults. I was duly advised that the majority were imaginary and presented with a much smaller bill than expected. Since then I've continued to visit them with a variety of cars and vans and without exception received a prompt, courteous, professional, friendly and honest service. I cannot recommend Robe and Hitchens highly enough.

Went to this garage to get 4 tyres changed, very quick tyre change at a great price. Also, they took a look at the condensation problem I was having inside my Clio, which only turned out to be blocked drainage holes on the glass panel roof. They cleared the drainage holes and overall I was very impressed with the service I received.

If you want to be assured of good, honest service look no further. I have used Robe & Hitchens for the last 4 years and always found them to provide an excellent service especially when it comes to MOT's. They pick our cars up while we are at work and they are MOT'd and back on our drive when we return home, couldn't be easier. No sign of inflated prices as often is the case with garages.

I always dread my annual service and mot. But this time at Robe and Hitchens they were honest with there advice on what actually needed to be done. I was talked through the prices from the start and there were no hidden charges. It was a very easy and simple process and i will give these guys my car next year.
