Rude staff, unable to give professional advice, curt and to be avoided. When asked where my exhaust clamp was to be fitted, I'd just seen the AA man fitting a temporary one and it was towards the front of the car but not in the engine bay ... I told the curt female reception this and she said sarcastically, "Hilarious" and then spoke down to me asking where this clamp was to be fitted! I've been using this place for decades off and on but I'll not use them again. Politeness and good customer service are not in this company's handbook.
