Dishonest and unprofessional garage. Avoid. I booked my car in for a major service and MOT and collected it with a deep scratch and my original alloy wheel replaced with a space saver — effectively theft. When I raised this, the receptionist was rude, dismissive, and even laughed at my concern. He first denied they’d gone near my boot at all, then admitted they had “only to change the wheel,” which clearly contradicts itself since there was no reason for my wheel in the boot to be changed at all, all bolts were left visible so no need to go into wheel well. I tried to contact the business privately to give them a chance to respond or rectify the issue, but my messages were completely ignored. I wasn’t asking for money, just honesty and accountability. The service, usually done before the MOT, they Failed due to lack of screen wash/water however that should have already been done during the service to avoid such result. If you care about your car and dealing with an honest business, I strongly recommend avoiding this garage

Don't usually right reviews, but if I can save anybody the trouble of going to these guys it will serve a purpose. My car broke down in Harlow a week ago and my AA man suggested this place... the guys there diagnosed I needed an engine replacement or an engine rebuild with prices coming in at £6,500 and £4,500 respectively. I got the car towed to my usual garage in East London and they literally laughed at the prices before even seeing the damage. After looking at the car they came back with prices of £600 for a new timing chain etc and £1500 for an engine rebuild. The car is running perfectly after an engine rebuild and I saved myself £3000. DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!!!
