I have found service staff genuinely interested in sorting out any issues with the car and being prepared to investigate ( short duration without charge) Pick up of car from home (10 miles away) or a provision of hire car is offered. The pricing of servicing is reasonable. They care about high standards and often seek for feedback post work to ensure it was carried out satisfactorily.
