Progress Skoda, Letchworth

We had a few faults with our skoda during ownership and even when out of warranty, this dealership repaired our car using goodwill from Skoda (low mileage and full skoda service history swung it) but as a customer we didnt even have to argue it, Skoda Letchworth did all of this and had the car back to us within a week after major surgery. 'Personal service' sums up Progress. The Skodas they sell are excellent value for money. It is a pleasure buying from them. Unusual, in my experience over 50 years! Their service is second to none. Sales and Service staff greet me by name when I walk in and know my car. There are no 'hidden extras' when car is being serviced. I trust them. I've run BMWs, M-Bs, Audi, Citroen and Peugeot, plus 'company car' VW Golfs in the past but the 'customer first' approach by Skoda and this garage is way ahead of them all.
