John is my new hero! Gear seized up at the side of the road last night. Got towed back to my house by RAC Recovery and gave Princess St Garages a ring this morning to ask if they could take a look. I dropped the car off ten minutes later. John highlighted that the garage was busy but he'd have a look on Monday (given that I dropped it off mid sat morning this was more than okay). But John rang me two hours later to say he'd fixed the issue & released the seized cylinder and oiled my gearbox whilst he was there - all a morning work for £50 when I was expecting x10 the price for the new gearbox. John and his workers were super friendly, amenable and knowledgable throughout. Would THOROUGHLY recommend!!! Best garage in Leeds!! Thank you John!!!
