Used Prestons for the first time last year (2018) when my local dealership gave up its Skoda franchise. They were very efficient in servicing and MOTing the car, providing a lift into town and collection on completion. They were also extremely efficient in negotiating with Skoda to fix a fault under warranty which involved work behind the dashboard and sourced the part and completed this work in the most efficient manner. Used them again for service and MOT this year with the same helpful and efficient service even though it meant travelling from Southend, always found their pricing to be surprisingly reasonable at least compared to other main dealers I have used. Thoroughly recommended.

Prestons are a small garage and are Skoda agents. They had not been involved with Subaru's very different Boxer engines before. My Subaru Impreza had suffered from a serious power loss problem for months and two other garages had given up trying. I was considering having the car scrapped. The attitude at Prestons was very different and they showed a determination to sort the problem out. They sought and received some useful technical advice from Subaru and eventually found a faulty Oxygen sensor was the culprit. All the staff were helpful and polite. The price charged was very reasonable and they even washed the car. And they saved me from having to buy another car. Brilliant.
