The service advisor and the mechanic who had serviced my car went through a list of queries and were generous with the time they gave me to advice on the condition of my new used car. This aspect of the customer service was really excellent. After having given a week's notice from booking to bringing my car in there was no replacement air filter available. I was advised that the gearbox oil, pollen filter and diff oil and broken anti-roll link needed changing. I would have liked to have received a phone call to give me the option to have the work done, instead I have to find time to return my car. There was some confusion about whether they could provide synthetic oil (I was told on the phone that it would be Mobil1 - a fully synthetic, but was told while there that they didn't have the facility to provide that), but in any case I provided my own oil ordering it online in advance of the service. Good people to deal with so I'll be back.
