Very disappointed with service and paint scuff as stated. I am a previous customer of this garage. Coolant not topped up on service, although this was brought to their attention when I dropped car off. No excuse. And this suggested that service had not been carried out to a satisfactory standard. Paint scuff on my rear bumper. They polished it out. But again, this should not happen. I brought the coolant level to their attention again, and they offered to reimburse me for buying coolant! An insult, when really they should have been reimbursing me a proportion of the service price. This is not a cheap garage by any means, I expect better than this. I have concluded that this garage doesn't care much for it's customers or their cars.

I had a minor problem, the garage ran diagnostics, made a few adjustments, provided a full explanation and sent me on my way without charging. I will use them again.
