I was told how long work should take, received good courtesy car, received phone call to say work completed sooner than expected and returned to collect car . Labour hours charged very reasonable for work done and good labour rate given level of expertise at this specialist Merc garage. If you own a Merc in Bristol area, this is the garage to go to.

Took my car in for service, MOT and to replace suspension bush, wing mirror, glow plug and to pressure bleed the brakes. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly, helpful and there's no doubt they know Mercs inside out; which is very confidence inspiring. Most of the jobs took less time than they estimated so the labour bill came in less than quoted; rare honesty in the car repair business. The entire bill was only a fraction more than MB main dealer quoted for the service alone. Until now the car had been religiously serviced at the same main dealer whom I discovered (after checking the service book) hadn't changed the air filter for the previous 4 services - nearly 80,000 miles! Also the brake problem appeared after the main dealer replaced the fluid and refused to agree that there was anything wrong. Parkway pressure bled the system and the brake feel is much improved as a result. All work done in one day and they supplied a well maintained Merc courtesy car. In summary; more thorough, honest and caring than the MB main dealer... and half the price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will use them again. If you care about your Merc - these are the guys you want to use!

My grandaughter's 51 plate Toyota Yaris failed its MOT due to worn bushes on the anti-roll bar link on a Friday afternoon. The car was needed for work and could not be left till till the following week.The mechanic told me I could fetch the bushes from the main dealer that afternoon then telephoned an after- market supplier who delivered the parts within an hour. The car then received a pass .
