I'm 90 years old and keep my car for emergency incase someone needs to drive me to the hospital at night as I live In a remote part of the country waiting times are up to 8 hours for ambulance my car broke down and I've asked a friend to repair the car as I can't have car sent to garage as cost will be to high we phone and asked for advice on car parts Philip as always said he had a part for the car so my friend said he will come over to pick up part the part was wrong simple mistake made not a problem so Philip said to take part back and exchange it but after a 5 hour journey by bus and train for the second time we were told the part was still on a car I said I would come back to pick up part in the afternoon but on arrival the part was still on the old car and for some reason Philip didn't want my business any more so my friend took the refund that now means my car will be off car for another week waiting the delivery of a new part after 35+ year of being a customer Philip decided my custom is no longer wanted so be aware that doesn't matter to garage how many years of loyalty as a customer means nothing but to leave a 90 year old without a way of transport in a emergency is outrageous why Philip said he had a part only to leave me without a part is beyond me after 35 years as a customer

Despite being untidy, they do a very good job. I don't and won't go anywhere else. Nuff sed?!

They specialise in Skodas. They always know what's needed (and what's not needed). Nothing is too much trouble. They're just experts - and don't overcharge. They have many lady customers who are treated properly and courteously. All us customers keep coming back!

Phil Welch runs this garage hands on. He knows Skodas backwards. He does excellent service and has a wide range of models for sale. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Knowledgeable, courteous, helpful service, especially on Skodas. I have visited Overton Service Station several times and always find the proprietor, Phil Welch very helpful. Frankly, what he doesn't know about Skodas isn't worth knowing! The work is done promptly and well, at a reasonable price. Couldn't do better. NB This repeats my earlier Review of this garage but now with all the stars filled in!
