I had a heater matrix and big service done costing £2.5K and they had the car just over a week. I have used them a few times before too.

NVS Serviced my Range Rover, Carried out a full Service, they updated the Digital Service Record at LR HQ, they gave me a the full service print out, i could not be more satisfied. Plus saved over 50% of Land River costs

I've used this garage for the last 6 years now for servcing and repairs on different cars (VW, Audi, Vauxhall, Toyota). Overall I would recommend them for servicing which tends to be fixed price and competitive. For repairs the labor charges are high and though the hourly rates are reasonable the number of hours is about double other garages I've used. For the more complex cars I think its hard for the independents to keep up to date with all the diagnostics/drawings and one is better off going to a specialist if not the dealer.

NVS has been servicing my car, at home, for some 7 years. They provide staff trained to service my car (Volvo S40 now 11 years old) They arrive at the agreed time, carry out the service and MOT testing (it never fails!) and advise me of any up coming issues. They leave the car clean and tidy. The rates are good and they even give me a retired persons' discount! The fact that my car needs little in the way of 'extra attention' (other than tyres, bulbs and windscreen wipers) suggests that the services are properly carried out.
