I recently bought a Honda CRV from Norton Way Honda of Letchworth Garden City. Rarely have I enjoyed a customer service experience that exceeded my expectations, but this was certainly the case here. My sincere thanks to Roy and Harry for their professionalism, skill and, perhaps above all, courtesy and friendliness which ensured a win-win conclusion to this enjoyable process of negotiation. After the sale was concluded there was a seamless transfer to the Service Department. Roy and Harry are a credit to their dealership and to Honda UK. Call me old-fashioned if you will, but I firmly believe that this is the way business should be done.
