Needed a few jobs done. Used some upgraded parts also. Nick Kerner team are very knowledgeable and experienced with Land Rovers. They organised parts and got to work on my vehicle. When picked up all jobs done as agreed to high standard. Vehicle now drives like a dream. Highly recommend Nick Kerner Four Wheel Drive.

Car broke down with loss of drive problem. I had the car recovered by truck and dropped at Nick Kerner's for assessment which confirmed my understanding of what was wrong. It wasn't going to be cheap to repair unfortunately but not a surprise. NK are experts in 4x4 vehicles and I discussed my upgrade options and we went for upgraded parts rather than the same parts as before which might go wrong again. I had already researched the upgrades and NK knew exactly what I was referring to and managed the whole process professionally. I was abroad for the week and NK managed all the parts, work and communication perfectly throughout the week. Even had the car serviced while it was in the garage. I was impressed by their Land Rover expertise and how they managed my vehicle while I was away so it was ready the day of my return. Highly recommended.

Needed an MOT and full health check over before a long holiday drive. I expected a few jobs that needed to be done (steering noise) as vehicle a few years old. It did need a few jobs which were completed swiftly and reasonably. Sailed through MOT no advisories. I had a few other things to note for next time but no pressure to increase costs now. Highly recommend NK4x4.

This garage is simply awful. After nearly 2 weeks and nearly £1500 my car is back with this garage for the third time, and after 5 days of chasing them i’ve lost all hope with this garage. They are not specialists. They have zero customer service. They always have an excuse why they don’t have an update. They are not trustworthy in the slightest. Avoid this garage at all costs!!!

They were amazing, having bought a Range Rover with a tow bar that didn’t have a tow bar, I phoned and asked if they could fit me in as an emergency, we emigrate in a few days with a caravan, and they arranged to fit us in. Brilliant service and much appreciated!

Had my 22 year old Land Rover in to fix a wheel bearing. I had told them the car was not worth much and I was not prepared to spend a fortune on it. They estimated five to six hundred pounds so I said go ahead. Got a call from them a week later to say it needed a swivel hub and it would cost seven hundred and forty nine pounds. I reiterated that the vehicle was not worth much (value about £800). I agreed but also said that was about my limit. They said it would be ready the next day and I said I would not be able to collect it until next week as I was working. Halfway through the next week I hadn't heard anything so rang them. I was told it was ready and it was £984. I added why it had gone up so much and was told it neede a new brake disc and brake pipe. They had gone ahead and done this without my authorisation. They claimed they had tried to call me but had not been able to get through so they went ahead despite me twice saying there was a limit I was going to spend as the vehicle was worth so little. There were no missed calls on my phone. In the two and half weeks they had the vehicle I only had one call from them.

First vehicle in for Mot after 3 weeks no communication, decided to remove the vehicle then quoted £900-o to rectify, then asked if i would like to sell same, at another garage £90-oo with MOT. Second car to make road worthy nearly 3 months. 3rd car Cadillac, make good for road, MOT 5 months. No feed back in all that time, eventally collected the car 30-07-14 having been told of a starter motor problem which should have been dealt with whilst in their hands, car died after returning home,the motor having been checked/serviced etc, doubtfull. personally removed, cleaned, lubricated now appears to be working perfectly. New whitewall tyres not cleaned, greasy hand prints over paintwork and tryes, i could go on.

I used Nick Kerner 4x4 and what an excellent service I got. They are very knowledgeable in what they do and really helpful. They go above and beyond to insure a good service and quote a reasonable price too. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family. It is hard to find a good reputable garage these days, so thank you again.
