MT Motors (Gildersome)

Door lock issues with drivers door not unlocking. Did a great job in a quick time. Used MT for years, thoroughly recommend.

We always bring our cars to MT motors for the annual service and MOT. Staff are friendly and the service is always good. Never been let down in the 15 years we have been using them . The car is gleaming inside and out after the visit.

They overcharged me a fortune for a simple task, £60 for basically nothing. Will avoid at all costs in future. Glad it wasn't a big job I asked them to do.

Avoid - Avoid Avoid! Paid £1000 for work doing, the car wasn't right so took it back, had to pay another £1500 to put it right, the car then had 35 electrical faults showing after they had messed with it- basically told me the car is wrecked and denied any responsibility! Claim they are experts but if you value your car - please do not take it to them, you will seriously regret it.

I saw on a vRS Facebook page that Kyle Bradford was breaking an 08 Octavia vRS model car. We had a discussion and HE agreed that I could pick the door cards off the car on Monday. I arrived at 09:15 and found Kyle Bradford he advised me with a smirk on his face that, "There has been this bloke here at 07:30AM waiting for us to open and to take the door cards." I said what about our agreement. Him smiling again, "Well I tried to contact you." He didn't to my knowledge. There was no point to my being there so I went home. To Kyle Bradford, in the future you may be let down by someone, let us hope its not too serious for you. You should be ashamed of your self.

I have dealt with MT MOTORS for a number of years on several cars, all VW and they specialise in AUDI, VW, SKODA, but do deal with others. They talk common sense and the workmanship is always excellent and considering what they have done for me and the thousandes of pounds of equipment in the workshop the costs are reasonable.
